Wool is Not Enough, a full service yarn store, is now off Commercial Drive at 1683 East 13th Avenue in Vancouver. I used to be a VLYS kiosk in the International Village Mall. Then moved to our Gastown location for 3 years which is now closed. Our new location is now open at 1683 East 13th Avenue at Commercial Drive. Hours vary seasonally.

Please check the blog, or email shoshanaknits@gmail.com for upcoming events, sales and classes. Google maps is the best source for current hours.

  4. Just wanted to thank you for spending so much time with me (and filling my parking meter) earlier today. LOVE your shop and the way you have it all set up.

I’ve just put a blurb on my Fb about your shop and paste a copy of it below for you…

    From Cathleen Willoughby
Just reconnected with a woman who had a knitting kiosk during last fall’s Yarn Crawl. She now owns a real shop: Wool is Not Enough, 77 East Cordova, Vancouver. Shop and contents are amazing!!! If you live in the lower mainland and don’t knit, I would urge you to go there and buy gift certificates for those you love or need to say “thank you” to who DO knit… http://www.Woolisnotenough.com. Wishing you all the luck with your shop and hope you are around for a long time.

  5. The VLYS should include the words: incredible, beautiful yarns in a cozy atmosphere with an amazing owner. Be prepared to walk in and fall in love. Shoshana is amazing. Her compassion and warmth are all what one needs to radiate her LYS. She really made you feel like you can be a great knitter, even if you’re not. Congratulations on your one year anniversary!

  6. Excellent Customer Service with a Warm & Friendly Atmosphere to help you get started with your knit projects. Definitely a “one stop shop” and a “Go To” place for a great selection for your knitting needles ,yarns & more if you are in Vancouver!
Shoshana is Wonderful! She always makes you feel like you are someone special coming in her store.
